The Executive Board of Directors are overseen by a Chairperson and are composed of two types of Directors. Associate and Affiliate Directors.

 

- Associate Directors are responsible for establishing the organizations constitution, policies and procedures, rules and regulations, and standards and directives which are administered by office administrators and enforced by supervisors and subordinate staff.

 - Affiliate Directors weed no immediate authority, except which is assigned to them directly by the Chief Executive School Officer. Although, they do hold limited power. Both Public and Private Investors are an example of Affiliate Directors.
