This Department is responsible for overseeing student affairs and employee-benefits design, employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and reward management, such as managing pay and employee-benefits systems. This department also concerns itself with organizational change and industrial relations, and the balancing of driving school practices with requirements arising from collective bargaining and governmental laws.
This Department is designed to oversee and address all student needs and to enhance employee performance in every aspect. This Department is also charged with the special management of students with special needs.
